What began as a holistic skincare spa has evolved into a space for self-trust, inner authority, reflection, ritual, and returning to what feels true.

The Story Behind True Indigo

True Indigo was never meant to stay surface-level. It began with skin, but over time, it became clear that the deeper work was helping women understand what their lives, bodies, intuition, and inner knowing were trying to tell them.

Explore the Approach

True Indigo began as a return to myself.

I created True Indigo in 2021 after leaving a business partnership that showed me everything I no longer wanted to build my life or business around: hustle, ego, performance, burnout, hierarchy, and proving.

At the time, I thought I was simply opening another spa. I wanted a fresh start, a space that felt more intentional, more holistic, and more connected to the kind of care I believed women deserved.

But what I did not realize then was that True Indigo was not just a new business. It was the beginning of a deeper return — back to my own truth, my own inner authority, and the work I was actually here to do.

Meet Ronni

The guide behind True Indigo.

I'm Ronni — a licensed esthetician, former spa owner, mentor, intuitive guide, and the founder of True Indigo.

For 15 years, my work has centered around helping women feel seen, supported, and more connected to themselves. What began through skincare slowly became something much deeper. Through thousands of client conversations, years of mentoring estheticians, navigating business ownership, and moving through my own healing, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and identity shifts, I began to see the same pattern over and over again:

So many women are not broken. They are disconnected from themselves.

My work now exists to help women reconnect with their own truth, strengthen their self-trust, and make choices that feel more aligned with who they really are.

Skin was the doorway. Alignment was the deeper truth.

As an esthetician, I was trained to look at the skin. But the longer I worked with women, the more I realized the skin was often communicating something deeper.

Stress. Burnout. Self-abandonment. Nervous system exhaustion. Unspoken emotions. Relationships. Work. Identity. The pressure to keep performing when something inside was asking for change.

What started as conversations about breakouts, inflammation, sensitivity, aging, or skin health often became conversations about boundaries, purpose, relationships, business, confidence, intuition, and transformation.

Over time, I realized I was not only helping women care for their skin. I was helping them notice where their lives were asking to be realigned.

What True Indigo means

The name True Indigo came from my love of purple, my connection to intuition, and the symbolism of the indigo plant and the third eye.

True indigo is both a plant and a deep purplish-blue dye created through a process of soaking, fermenting, oxidizing, and transformation. That meaning has always felt connected to this work.

To me, True represents what is honest, aligned, real, and connected to the highest self. Indigo represents intuition, inner wisdom, depth, spiritual awareness, and the body's quiet knowing.

Together, True Indigo means returning to your inner truth.

Rooted in lived experience.

I do not guide from a place of having life perfectly figured out. I guide from experience, pattern recognition, intuition, and years of walking with women through real moments of change.

This work is shaped by my years as an esthetician, my time as a spa owner, my experience mentoring other professionals, and my own personal journey through anxiety, ADHD, burnout, healing, business evolution, and self-discovery.

What I believe

You are not something that needs to be fixed.

Your body is always communicating.

What feels off is information.

Healing is not linear.

Self-trust changes everything.

Alignment is not just a feeling — it is a way of living.

How I hold this work

I am not here to tell you who to be, what to choose, or how your life should look. I am here to help you hear yourself more clearly.

Through intuitive guidance, reflection, ritual, nervous system awareness, tarot, astrology, human design, and grounded conversation, I help you explore what feels misaligned, what feels true, and what changes may be asking to happen next.

This work is not about handing your power to me. It is about strengthening your relationship with yourself.
