Skin + Body Insight is a reflective, holistic consultation-style session rooted in my 15 years of esthetics experience and whole-person approach to skin. Together, we explore the patterns, lifestyle factors, stressors, routines, emotions, and internal messages that may be connected to what is showing up on the surface.

This is not about chasing a quick fix. It is about understanding the skin as part of the whole person.

After years of working with women through skin, I have seen how often the surface tells a deeper story. Stress, burnout, inflammation, hormones, digestion, routines, sleep, emotions, self-care, environment, and nervous system patterns can all influence how the skin looks and feels.

This session gives us space to slow down and look at the bigger picture. Instead of only asking, What product should I use? we ask, What might my skin be responding to?
